I saw a lot girls wearing once pieces and sliding the wetsuite over that so i would say go with the one peace. Proboly more comfortable, warm, and it would make it easy for you to open and close your wetsuite. What kind of bathing suit to wear under a wet suit (im a girl)?
I'm a guy and I wear a one piece knee-suit like this....

http://www.swimshop.co.uk/recno/8/produc鈥?/a>

it gives a bit extra warmth and protection from rash off the wetsuit neoprene material
Don't think either choice will keep you warmer or not, the wet suit has to take care of that.

Comfortability, you would have to test that.Bricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-17916167975111717562010-05-14T18:37:00.001-07:002010-05-14T18:37:31.003-07:00At what age do you stop bathing your boy & girl toddlers together?I agree that it depends on the children. However, bath time can be a really useful one to one time once children start school - they may choose this time to confide in you or just chat, because they feel safe and relaxed. So maybe it is good from this point of view to occasionally spend this time with your bigger child on their own.At what age do you stop bathing your boy %26amp; girl toddlers together?
I would say it's probably fine up until about 4-5 or until they start to notice the difference. At what age do you stop bathing your boy %26amp; girl toddlers together?
like 4 or 5 i remeber bathing with my mom and sister and its horrible ugh. lmfao. beieve you dont wanna remeber these things. the earlier the better
I am on the other side of this question because if they are brother and sister and they are bathing together whats the big deal? Let them go as long as they want. Its not what we think its what they think! It won't be a big deal if you don't make it one.My girlfriends kids still take baths together and she is 8 and he is 5 and they don't even care or know to care. I say when they ask then change the routine!
I would think age 3 is a good cut off. I used to babysit kids, though, who were 4b, 6g, and 8b, and their mother bathed them all together. That's a bit old in my opinion. It all depends, though. Like, if the older is 4 and bathing with a 2 year old, I don't see anything wrong with that. But 3 is probably generally a good age to go with separate baths, and maybe even try to introduce showers.

Good luck!
I'd say about 4 or 5. That's the age they're starting to be curious about the opposite sex and then they should be separated. At 2 or 3 they start to realise that little girls and little boys are not quite the same, and that's cute, but after 5 it's not so cute anymore and I think it's time to begin bathing them separately.
At 65... They still bath together but I dont bath them anymore.
well if you are asking this question it is probably near ;)

I would say as soon as your mom feelings start to think that it is time !
When one feels shy or if they start trying to touch each other's privates stop bathing them together. Otherwise, let them splash around together, no biggy.
I would stop around about age four or five. or when they start fighting and there is more water on the floor than in the tub!
I guess when the start becoming modest. I would say about 4 or up
Just my opinion I think 3 years old they start asking questions about parts. These kids are smarter today. Ten years ago I would have said 4 years old.
generally, it depends upon the ';nature %26amp; nurture'; environment of the children we are referring to.. but as much as possible, once the kids start to talk, that's the best time for them to bathe apart. but then again, if the family has strong moral values, bathing together is not a problem if the kids are mature enough to be made aware %26amp; feel comfortable of their own separate %26amp; distinct sexuality.
When they are 4 that is what I plan on doing except my 3 kids under 3 bathe it together is easier
I think that when they start realizing that they are different, which is usually around 3 or 4 years old, depending on the child. I work in childcare, and the 3-year-old class does not close the door to use the bathroom, but the 4-year-olds close the door. Some children realize earlier then others, so this would be a good time to separate. Others, it is not until 4-years of age that they realize.
Haha I remember having a bath with my little sister yeeeaaars ago, and she got a razor and shaved her butt haha, not as bad as when I shaved my dry face when I was a little younger...
about 5 years old and start school because you dont want them in school talking about PARTSBricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-78925494953264315992010-05-14T18:37:00.000-07:002010-05-14T18:37:13.347-07:00Some fat girls laughed at me when I walked by in my bathing suit. Why are people so mean?I'm so self consious about myself and when I walked by them, they all looked at me and laughed. I even heard one say ';Omg, wow.'; Wtf is wrong with people? I went to the bathroom to see if I had something stuck on me or anything, but no I was fine. If people are going to make fun of people, they should either do it so you can't hear them, or just come up straight in your face and tell you. I wanted to yell at those stupid girls and tell them that at least I can find a bathing suit my size!!!!Some fat girls laughed at me when I walked by in my bathing suit. Why are people so mean?
people put other people down to make themselves feel better

my one friend had that happen to her and she is the most beautiful girl...but people think if they put someone down that that makes them better somehow.

I had stuff like this happen to me not so much since i've left high school and i know no matter what people say that comment is going to bother you because it's harder to believe the bad then the good but just know that people don't really say things like that to people who are really fat and people don't go up to ugly people and say their ugly

it's just the ones that they think has to much going for them that they feel the need to bring downSome fat girls laughed at me when I walked by in my bathing suit. Why are people so mean?
Jealousy. The more people hate someone else and can be mean to them, makes them feel better about themselves. we see it all the time. people just love to hate. If a fat girl can laugh at another girl in a bikini or something like that its like, hey I feel better about myself.

Usually its a girl thinks another girl is better looking than her so its ohhhh shes a slut or i bet shes a skank or oh shes fat, when its not true, it just makes them feel better about themselves to think that there is something wrong with you
don't worry about it.

hahaaha if they were fat me and my friends probably laughed at them.

and we probably looked goofy when we did it so someone else probably laughed at us. Its a never ending vicous cycle but whatever. you should of pointed at there cellulite and went muahahaha.
they are only making fun of you because they are upset with your own body. Don't feel bad, if you feel good in a bathing suit, own it, others opinions shouldn't matter, i know that sounds hard to do, but if you do it you will feel a ton better!
They want to feel better about their insecurities, so they make fun of people who have no problems with themselves.

Self-Consciousness is a scary, deranged, and twisted thing.
you remember all those guys you allowed into your bedroom; they have fat sisters.
They were so jealous they had to laugh to keep from crying.
why would they do that, those people should go to hell, I would love to see you in a bathing suit
BECAUSE THEY ARE PEOPLE !
they are just jealous
can i get a pic of u in you bathing suit. () : )
WoW...you are looking so great!!

I don't get it...

Wanna show me your outfit?

-R
It's so insane these days. They're just trying to make themselves feel better. Guess it doesn't matter whether they were fat or thin or what, when people are in bathing suits, it always turns into a judging session. None of my family is perfectly thin and I've often heard stories from my mum that when she and my sister have gone to a pool over the years there's been some really stuck up, glamourous mother with her clone daughter sunning themselves on the side of the pool, staring at them and whispering. It is an extremely rare thing for me to put on a bathing suit. I have not gone to a public pool in years. At the beach, I don't even wear proper shorts because I am self conscious about my legs. I usually wear three quarter length jeans or shorts or actual jeans and a t shirt and just wade around in the water. At motel pools, I only go if no one else is using the pool. If someone else comes I can relax if I see that they're just going about their business, but if I see a couple of girls or even guys who have much better bodies I unfortunately assume that they will laugh at me and I am out of there.
girls can be such b!tches to each other...it's unbelievable...

it's because the fat girls are self-concious, they're unsatisfied with their lives and their bodies and to make themselves feel better, they make fun of other people. it's kind of really pathetic. don't even worry about them, and next time it happens just look them in the eye and smile. let them know they can say anything about you that they want, and it won't bother you because you're comfortable with who you are and how you look. you gotta have self pride and you can't let stupid people get you down. :)
They are gay and want to sleep with you.Bricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-4216028468670277152010-05-14T18:36:00.003-07:002010-05-14T18:36:58.272-07:00What is the difference between a bathing girl and praying girl?A praying girl gets holy water, and a bathing girl gets water in the holy. What is the difference between a bathing girl and praying girl?
Nothing, they are both cleansing their soul. What is the difference between a bathing girl and praying girl?
well a bathing is cleaning and a praying girl is bowing to the lord so there is a lil difference but their both cleaning there soulsBricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-13890712289734073872010-05-14T18:36:00.002-07:002010-05-14T18:36:41.803-07:00Why does our society view a girl in a bathing suit as being somehow different then a girl in her panties?most girls would never go around in public wearing just the bra and panties they wouldnt want just anybody to see them with such revealing clothing on but then the same girls will have absolutely no issue with runnin around in a bathing suit or bikini which in alot of cases shows more then underwear would. what makes it different to you? your showing the same stuff. Why does our society view a girl in a bathing suit as being somehow different then a girl in her panties?
I think society does view them the same, even though we say different things about them. When you see two Internet ads, one with a girl in panties and one with a girl in a bikini, what's different about them? Nothing at all. The message is the same. And when a (pretty) girl in a bikini walks by, even at the beach or pool, doesn't she get the same glances from men that she'd get if she was just wearing her underwear? Don't men have the same challenge not to stare as they would in the other case?

So, we see them the same, but we choose to lie about it in public, and say one is ';o.k.'; and the other isn't, because... oh, I don't know... we're a race of liars. Either they're both o.k., or neither of them is. I agree with your opinion. Why does our society view a girl in a bathing suit as being somehow different then a girl in her panties?
I don't know good point.
I thin it is just the way society is. it is a taboo to be seen in your underwear, but it is okay to be seen in a two piece bikini. What is the difference? they both cover the same thing.
I have often wondered this myself. It just depends on the situation. When I was in 1st grade I remember a girl being sent home for coming to school in her swim suit. That's just bad parenting.
Panties are thinner. And a girl in a bikini just means she's ready for a swim or a tan. A girl in her panties and bra means she's ready for action.
I don't know. I've pondered this before. I remember one time I was out in my front yard, spraying down patio furniture in my bra and underwear, and a neighbor's car drove by. I remember getting all embarrassed, hoping it looked like I was wearing a mismatched bikini from the road. To this day, I still don't understand why I reacted the way I did. If it weren't for material or water-proofiness, the two would be interchangable, wouldn't they? I mena guys wear boxer shorts as swim trunks all the time, right?
Interesting isn't it? Same thing: if a guy was at a beach, being shirtless would be perfectly natural, but if he shows up to the office shirtless it's a scandal. The psychology of different contexts, I suppose.
I always wondered about that too. But I'm not complaining, mind you!

: ^ )
Although it is weird...knowing is what makes the difference. People see things in their minds eye. They see underwear they think indecent exposure. They see bathing suit they think swimwear. It's in our heads, it's been programmed. Plus, most underwear, when wet, shows what's underneath pretty clearly.
You are right, they could run around naked, wouldn't bother me any. The problem is the ones who shouldn't are the first to go topless, the ones you would like to see, usually don't.
sheer makeup
Bricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-41264230665704059552010-05-14T18:36:00.001-07:002010-05-14T18:36:26.406-07:00The girl next door knock on my door and ask for some sugar while she was in a bath towel?i gave her some milk what was i to doThe girl next door knock on my door and ask for some sugar while she was in a bath towel?
***** HERThe girl next door knock on my door and ask for some sugar while she was in a bath towel?
I think what she wanted to talk about was crop rotation in the 14th century
She didn't ask for milk, she asked for sugar. People here on Yahoo! Q %26amp; A have asked this question a few times now and I have yet to read the correct answer or find the answer myself. The plot of the movie is something like this: Set in the country, a girl is left to raise her younger brother and sister alone after their parents die. The siblings conceal the fact that the parents are deceased from the public. At some point in the movie, the oldest girl gives a man a bath in onions. Any idea as to what movie this could be?Does anyone remember the name of the movie where the girl makes an elderly man take a bath in onions?
Where the Lilies Bloom (1974)

starring Julie Gholson, Jan Smithers (Bailey of ';WKRP in Cincinatti';), Matthew Burrill, Helen Harmon, Sudie Bond, Rance Howard (Ron and Clint Howard's father), Alice Beardsley, Harry Dean Stanton

From DVDsClassics.com:

Based on the Newbery Award-winning book by Vera and Bill Cleaver and adapted by Earl Hamner, Jr. (television's ';The Waltons';), ';Where the Lilies Bloom'; tells the story of Mary Call Luther, who lives happily with her father and three siblings in the remote Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. I hate sometimes looking at other women in bikini's after having a baby, %26amp; they look like they didn't even have a baby.

GRRHhh, so stressful trying to lose this weight!

Some days I'm pumped about doing a few exercises, but a lot of times I'm too tired or lazy to do anything by time I get off work!

Is this how you feel sometimes? Please help me with some advise to actually get myself motivated! How did you lose your weight?

Thanks %26amp; god bless!Does it make you sick/jealous to look at other girls who are beautiful in a bathing suite?
Sometimes I feel that way. But then I remind myself that those girls are probably 12 year olds that have way too much make up on or girls that don't eat on a daily basis. Don't worry though. Every normal woman feels that way at one point or another. It's a normal feeling especially when we are constantly bombarded with ';loose more weight!'; ads.

Did you know that only 15% of Americans look like those girls? The rest of us (the normal ones) we have curves. We have imperfections that make us unique. We don't all look like 12 year old girls. We look like women!

As far as getting motivated. Buy a bathing suit you find pretty. Hang it up and let that be your motivation. Make sure it's a reasonable size to achieve (if you're a size 15, don't choose a size 5, which is too skinny anyhow in my opinion). I'm a size 13 and I'd love to be a size 10 again. So far I'm just eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking V8 Fusion and getting up and moving. So far, I've lost 5 lbs in two weeks. Just keep in mind that 1-2 lbs a week is the healthy way to loose weight.Does it make you sick/jealous to look at other girls who are beautiful in a bathing suite?
I did after I had my son,It took me awhile to lose all the weight I had gained. After I had my daughter I lost weight rapidly so now I am one of those woman you are talking about.I have been on both sides of this.I did nothing to lose weight it just eventually came off.I have a high metabolism so I think that played a part in it.Try not to think about it so what if you have some weight on you.
Not really, I'll get a pang of jealousy every now and then though. It actually gets me more motivated to get back into that good of shape!!

6 months pp, I still have to lose about 10 lbs. and my tummy is still a bit mushy. So I have a gym membership. And that's actually my main motivation right there! I'm paying for a gym membership so I might as well get some use out of it lol
I am a proud bikini wearer. Not to rub it in. I didn't do anything to loose the weight. I go for stroller walks and stuff and watch my portions. I always say ';I would rather take an extra serving of vegetables, than one of potato's and gravy'; Much healthier of a choice when you still feel hungry.

Just watch what you eat and get yourself into the mind set that you WILL be working out when you come home. Put your little on in the stroller and go for a power walk. Good luck on that loss girl!!!
honestly, no, I have never felt that way. I am comfortable with my body, and have no issues with looking like I have kids, since I do. I would rather be myself, and be happy with who i am, rather than killing myself to fit some media ideal of not ever looking like i have had kids
Yes.

It would make me jealous if I was in your situation but i bet as once as you loose the baby fat they will be jealous of you!
No, I don't feel that way at all. I accept my body, warts and all.

All the best.
No, it doesn't at all bother me. I don't go around hating on other people. I gained about 80lbs during my pregnancy. My daughter is 6mo old now and I still have about 20lbs or so to lose. But, it doesn't make me jealous even in a joking way to see other moms who only gained a few pounds or lost all their baby weight. My personal goal is to be the same size I was before I got pregnant- which wasn't necessarily small (size 7).

The way I motivate myself is to pin pictures of my pre-pregnant self on a wall in my bedroom. Every day when I get off work, I work out for about 20 minutes or so. That way, I still have time to play with/bathe/feed my daughter and get a decent work out in. I've only lost about 5 or 6 lbs but I notice the difference around my stomach area. Seeing results is my motivation.
I have a 1-month-old and I already look great in two piece, just like before. During pregnancy, I didn't eat any excessive food, just when I was hungry but not when I had nothing else to do with my mouth. I creamed my belly (and my butt) with oils, so that no stretch marks occur. I did a lot of exercise. When I gave birth (naturally), I continued living normal and breastfeeding and now my belly and my whole body is just like before and I can wear a two piece 6 weeks after I gave birth :-)

All my relatives are slim and I never eat in McDonald's.
I used to not like my body very much. I've never really been super slim and I carry most of my weight around my belly, back and upper arms. I also used to have a very bad self-hurting habit which has left me with allot of scars on my arms and chest and I have very pasty skin. But since my life has gotten a bit happier in other areas I haven't really bothered to think about my body much. I am also a bit slimmer than I used to be and I have gone down to a healthy size 12. My body isn't exactly good enough for page 3, but I can live with that as I know that I am healthy and I have things in my life now that make me happy . I'm only 14 weeks pregnant now and I have started to show a bit of a bump, but I am very grateful to have a baby on the way and I feel that there are things much more important than the weight I will put on through pregnancy. Being slim and beautiful is not as much of a gift as having a wonderful baby. There are slim and beautiful women who will always have nice figures but they will never be happy and have what you have. I know that it's hard to look at it that way... I remember feeling sick with jealousy when I saw attractive girls as I did actually have a figure like a 40 year old woman and I must have been only around 17,18,19. When I was that age I was around 12st 7lbs and I am only 5'3, so I know how you feel. But I also wasn't blessed with a baby then or a lovely partner, like I have now.

Breastfeeding your baby is a great way to lose weight. People say that people should breastfeed up until six months, but I'm going to try and stick with it for a little while longer as I have heard that in the first 1 or 2 years of a baby's life breastfeeding provides many health benefits. It also burns allot of calories. You could also try moderate exercise, like walking for an hour a day. A good thing to do if you are not breastfeeding is to cut out calorific foods and lower carbs for six months and stick to a diet of no more than 1,500 calories a day.

Remember that some women do have it all, but those are usually the ones that concentrate on being slim and not eating naughty foods to excess.

But remember, you have been blessed with a baby and that's the biggest gift of all.
Not at all. my solution is to wear a suit that looks good on *me*....not someone else.

Find one that works for your new shape. Here's a sampling of what have;

http://www.bargainstyling.com/wp-content鈥?/a>

http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/womens/s鈥?/a>

My problem area is my bottom half, but I have a great top half. The solution is I wear a tankini suit that shows off my great arms and waist, but covers my flabby butt and thighs.

Find what works fo you and be happy with it.;-)

Good luck!!
You need to buy a bikini and hang it where you can see it everyday. I did this after havig my first and it helped me realize I'm gonna have to put that thing on one day!

Keep yourself accountable by keeping a food journal. Write down everything. Drink a glass of water before you eat and a glass during to keep you full on water and not overeat. Only eat fruits or yogurt for your snacks.

You don't have to go all out, I';m assuming you only have a few pounds to lose, go walking with the baby. I find when my baby is with me it's easier to do the exercise, like walking outside, doing outside squats where I can still see her.

For me it was toning and I did this by running and doing weights at home. Just make it part of your routine and stick with it. Just like you wash your dishes everyday, working out should be part of your daily activities. Don't do diet pills or a crash diet, they don't work and you're gonna end up worse off than you are now.
No, because I can, I just choose not to, I think it's wrong to wear a bikini, I'm married not single, you can look just as good with a one piece. Besides I've seen moms that don't belong in bikinis wearing them, I'm just like whatever.Bricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-73937857968646229902010-05-13T19:46:00.002-07:002010-05-13T19:46:44.241-07:00A girl bathing suddenly felt a spiritual touch on her body n saw the water getting red.whts the name of dt bk?about alchemist seriesA girl bathing suddenly felt a spiritual touch on her body n saw the water getting red.whts the name of dt bk?
RAPED BY GOD??A girl bathing suddenly felt a spiritual touch on her body n saw the water getting red.whts the name of dt bk?
suicide
a ghost
the birth of Jesus.

or a PERIOD.
sheer makeup
Bricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-82875026498775162712010-05-13T19:46:00.001-07:002010-05-13T19:46:28.534-07:00I can not get my 5 year old girl to go # 2 in the bath room?she will go hide some were or if you see her she will say she is not done. Find out WHY she has problems with it?

Something is likely troubling her and little kids don't always know how to put it into words. She may be afraid of something. Kids do not view the world like we do. Here's an example:

When my daughter was 4 yrs old and ill, she needed a chest x-ray. She asked me what they would do and I told her they would just take a picture of her lungs inside to see if they were ok.

Well, when we tried to get the x-ray, she would not cooperate and screamed and cried. We had to put her on a horse kinda thing they had that held her arms upward so they could get the chest x-ray.

Later, when she calmed down, I asked her why she was so afraid. She told me that she thought they were going to cut her open to get a picture of her lungs!

No wonder she was terrified! I would have been scared too! Since she is old enough for you to carry a conversation with her I would try to find out why she is scared of the toilet, and then reason with her. Also, talk with her pediatrician concerning this problem. I know there is a book out there called everybody poops that is recommended for toilet training.
take her to the doctor this could be stress or even worst signs of sexual abuse
common problem. Painful experiences in the past can make a child force themselves not to go. Of course it doesn't help the problem just creates another.

With my child and several others I know, we used a product which I can't remember the name of, but it was not a laxative. It contained mineral oil which eases elimination and when they have to 'go' they can't hold it back. After a while they no longer need it. The fear will be gone.

Talk to a pharmacist about the problem. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.
5 years! You've kept up the sharades too long. Let her know it's not an option. When it's time to go, take her to the potty and stay with her until she does.
My son has been wearing underwear since he was 2 years old and completely potty trained before he turned 3. He is now 4 years old and some odd way or another loves when he goes #2. First of all he knows that when it is out, he feels better. He has three requirements and gets that from his stepfather. No one can be in the bathroom with him. He has to be alone. You can come in and set everything up, do what you have to do, and get out.He has to have his potty seat which is portable. You just sit it on top of the regular seat.( he is still little) Soft cushioned. He has to have one of his learning books so that he can read(gets his mind off it and can concentrate better). When he is finished, he calls yo to come check and make sure that he has wiped himself off good. After every #2 i wash him off back there ( I cant stand for a child to have a smell on them.)Bricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-51779837511095964942010-05-13T19:46:00.000-07:002010-05-13T19:46:12.154-07:00Can a person worms when to see a teen age girl were removing her cloth for bathing?it depends on the age of seeing person, otherwise it is in nature, otherwise if you are strong it is up or otherwise it is downBricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-27904843254895964902010-05-13T19:45:00.002-07:002010-05-13T19:45:56.292-07:00Girls isn't a guy in a real loose bathing suit sexy?A real loose one? Hern!
actually i can see where your comong from, but myself i would never have left my kids on their own, but at the same time everyone makes mistakes and they are paying a high price, but i dont think there is any need for people to be so nasty to them they are suffering enough, grieving is a terrible thing to have to go through, and these parents are grieving, and i for one feel so sorry for them and hope to god they get their little girl back.
There's a rant if ever I seen one.

Yes, I remember the case of that poor little girl been taken from the bath and yes, I am aware of other 'adbuction' cases and all it takes is for the parent to drop their gaurd for a second.

The McCanns didn't drop their gaurd. They made a concious decision to put their desire to have a meal without the kids over the needs of their children. Children need to be protected and supervised. Have you SEEN the picture detailing the resturant and their apartment? It wasn't next door or even across the road, it was over bushes, a pool and terraces and even round the corner.

There is a huge difference between dropping your gaurd and actually calculating the risk in something and getting it so so so wrong.

Don't compare the two, it is insulting to the other caring parents.
Might I remind you that it is not against the law to leave your child in a separate room whilst you are in the same house [unless you have the child chained up, malnourished and beaten!].

There is a marked difference between a child being abducted from a house in which you are present and a child being abducted from a property because you have decided to p*** off to go for afternoon tea!!

Two suggestions:

1) Go away, buy a yellow ribbon and sing your sob story elsewhere preferably on the McCann website.

2) Go back to school to learn some grammar. If your post is indicative of the support which the McCanns are getting, then they really are in for some very long months ahead!!

ADDITIONAL - Why an earth would I want to write in Italian... ?? Not exactly a world language is it!!!! I can write in French and I think that is a far more worthy endeavour thank you very much!!!
get a life doll, remember there were 3 kids in that flat and 2 were 2 year old? and you think its ok to leave them alone in a flat, well my god hope you never have kids or if you do my heart goes out to them!!!!
You've got a point, BUT, if this couple had been working class, left their kids to go for a pint or two

A The media would have crucified them

B They would be awaiting trial
Excuse em moi....

You are taking a proportion of extreme cases and comparing them to another extreme...

This is like comparing a chip pan fire to arson.

One does not justify the other and we dont say the cause was fire ...

Look at each case on their own merits and not anyone elses...

In this case prosecutors will have to look at the abductor but need to look at the parents or else this case will certainly happen again...

When we critices the McCanns its because we are saying for most folk this case does not happen when the parents are around... and society norm whatever Gerry says is not to leave your kids at home at night whilse you go out for dinner..

If the norm was that all parents pick up children from school because of a curfew and a child went missing and it was bceause the child walked home alone her parents would be blamed....

Obviously we cannot compare this case to Sarah Payne or the child abducted from the bath.... because nobody expects somebody to come into your home and take a small child away.... and that Sarah PAyne was abducted because she left her friends walked home and picked up by a known peodo in the area...
what are you talking about??
You've really answered your own argument. I read about the little girl in the bath and various other such cases that happened despite the fact that parents were around. This very fact should make parents even more vigilant not less. To leave children all alone is a risk too far that nobody with any sense would ever take. Maybe the McCanns have never read a newspaper in their lives so don't know about these dangers.

Well said Eden! You won't get Best Answer but your logic is impeccable!
Oh, so it's all of US who are crazy is it? Well let me tell you, until such times as you can communicate your ideas in proper English, using REAL words and not text-speak, and then spelling quite easy words properly AND using the correct punctuation, I'll ignore the fact that you're accusing ME of being crazy. We all know the stories of the missing children and many of us are rather fed up with hearing so much about the McCann case and so little about all the others so we don't need YOU coming on here to insult us all ! ! !
littlestar, you obviously are not English, but in England there are laws that govern how children must be looked after. In the view of a lot of people, probably the majority, the McCanns were, at least, very close to breaking those laws
even if we all suddenly get a clout on the head and start thinking that leaving three small babies alone in an unlocked room for hours on end is fine, and let's all do it, because after all, doctor's can so therefore it must be fine.

Even if we all start thinking like that.....

It beggars belief that these stupid parents have allowed this to turn into the media circus it has become. I was alone in my group of friends in my contempt for the McCann's at the start of the week, but having seen the interviews, the planned outing to Fatima, the blogs, the jogs, the cover of hello magazine. Having learned about the company fund and having heard Mr McCann saying they plan to tour and they don't plan to hire any PI's, one by one staunch supporters of them in my circle have gradually become weary and tired of this couple parading around like the new celebrity, kissing people's babies, walking over the flowers people throw in their path.

Their constant criticism of the Portuguese police who are doing theri best in what has not been the easiest investigation given that the parents lied about various things such as how often they checkedon the children, whether the room was locked or otherwise, whether the shutters were tampered with. One by one people who wanted to believe them and wanted to support them have had enough.

So yes, let's all suppose now that they've set the precedent and the world has gone mad and decided it's perfectly fine and a good idea to go feed your bellies and leave three babies alone, I still have issues with them about how they're conducting themselves. How they're asking for money to fund a tour, how there's barely a mention of their daughter on their website, it's all about them, them, them, them and their family. How he picks and chooses what question he will and won't answer.

The aggressive e-mails their family send sout to anyone asking pertinent questions.

They're not helping themselves, they're losing support by the day and they have no-one but themselves to blame.

Perhaps all parents do make 'mistakes' I'm sure most of us when having had a 'mistake' pointed out, do our utmost to rectify it and ensure we don't do it again.

The McCann's with each new day just keep on adding to the giant ball of Karma they have headed towards them at some point

Grrrrrrr ...
It is wrong to compare other situations of different children. We are obviously very annoyed of what the McCanns did and nothing will change our minds.
If this child had been taken from the room next door then the parents couldn't have been blamed because they would have been taking every precaution but going down the road for a meal and leaving 3 young children alone in an unlocked flat does not constitute taking every precaution. They were down right negligent and now must face the consequences. They are 100% to blame for what has happened.
Sorry Littlestar but if you can't mind your children '24/7' as you put it, make sure you pay for somebody to, because you can never take your eyes off them, especially when travelling abroad. We either took my mother with us or my sis-in-law. free holiday for them for a bit of baby-sitting, %26amp; total peace of mind for us
It is moronic to suggest that doing what they did is equivalent to what happened in the case of the girl in the bath. What a pathetic argument. They were morally and probably legally guilty of child abandonment and perhaps neglect. The VAST majority of parents do not consider this to be reasonable behaviour.

Try this: If you are a good parent, you simply do NOT take stupid, totally uneccessary risks with your children for the tiny benefit of a meal out! IT IS NOT WORTH IT! NOBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD SAY THAT IT IS!!!!!!

I give up, we're still banging our heads on a brick wall here folks, some people just do not have decent standards of behaviour.
I wouldnt leave my kids in a flat or anywhere else - period. I feel sorry for the family though not angry at them. We dont even know she was snatched from the flat anyway. More likely she woke up alone and wondered off and was snatched then.
well said sister.
Lets put it in simple terms for you. Who's putting their child at risk. The people who stay in with their children? or the people who leave their kids alone? Is that simple enough!

Have you got kids? because for a person to make such ridiculous comments i can't believe you have.
it does not matter how much we debate over this whole issue.

the fundamental fact, that stares everyone in the face is that they left THREE YOUNG CHILDREN alone in a flat/villa/house while they went for a meal. what horrifies me, is that the twins are 18 months old and they LEFT them???

two doctors?

if i went into their surgery, left my two young boys asleep in their pushchair and disappeared over the road for a meal, for 1/2 hour, then what...............how long would they wait to report me?

they could have easily used the babysitting service available but in their wisdom (?) they chose to leave the children ON THEIR OWN!!!!

silly, stupid, irresponsible people. there are absolutely NO excuses for what happened and I'm sorry to say but had they have been in the flat then maybe whoever took Madelaine may have thought it too much of a risk!!

something is not right about this whole thing! i don't know what but somethings just don't add up!
These 2 left their children unattended, unprotected and vunerable to tradgedys such as this one. there was a baby sitting sevice which they never used. how many times before this had these 2 left their children ';home alone'; what they did was a crime. there is a huge difference between nipping to get the child a towel after a bath, and abandoning 3 children under the age of 4 to fill their bellys and get drunk. they should have been there to protect their children,END OF STORY!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK THAT POOR LITTLE GIRL IS SUFFERING,NEVER MIND TWO IRRISPONSIBLE PEOPLE THAT THINK THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CALL THEMSELVES PARENTS. I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER LEAVE MY YOUNG CHILDREN TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES. WE CANT BE THERE 24/7,BUT WE CAN DO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO, AS PARENTS, TO KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE FROM THE SICK AND TWISTED PERVERTS THAT ARE OUT THERE. I AM A VICTIM OF ABUSE,SO I KNOW WHAT SICKOS ARE OUT THERE. IT WAS DONE BY MY OWN FATHER!!! SO PARENTS DONT ALWAYS DO RIGHT BY THERE OWN CHILDREN. THEY LEFT THE FRONT DOOR AJAR,WHAT DID THEY THINK??? ';IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO THEM??? THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR PUTTING THEIR CHILDREN AT RISK. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO PROTECT THEM AT ALL TIMES. THEY ARE IN THE WRONG,AND THE POOR LITTLE GIRL IS THE ONE WHO IS TRULY PAYING THE PRICE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. SHAME ON YOU. YOU SEEM TO BE VERY NASTY AND BITTER IF YOU ASK ME, AND SICK FOR YOUR COMMENTS ON ABUSE. I DONT WANT YOURS OR ANYONE ELSES SYMPATHY FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. YOU MOCK OTHERS FOR SPELLING WHEN YOU CANT EVEN SPELL YOURSELF. PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE ME SICK. IF YOU DIDNT WANT PEOPLES OPINIONS YOU SHOULDNT OF ASKED A QUESTION SHOULD YOU. MAY LIFE BRING YOU WHAT YOU TRULY DESERVE. NASTY PERSON
Of course every child is left alone at some point BUT you dont leave them to go and have a meal. A holiday is family time not couples time.
So what is your point?
totallly agree these are parents who just wanted to get something to eat and rather than keep their three young kids out late they thought it better to let them sleep somewhere that they believed was safe

i dont thing they would have done the same thing at home there is a psychology to it all perfect surroundings wether etc means idyllic crime free place people act different on holiday you see families with kids of about 5,6 and 7 years of age sending kids back to apartments for suncream etc which they wouldnt do at home or half way down a beach for ice cream which they wouldnt do in a packed town centre

people need to stop attacking these people who are doing all they can to find their daughter does anybody seriously think they want to become celebrities out of this i think they are just being very methodical as educated people and trying to take the right steps to get their daughter home where she belongs

people should focus all their negativity and hate toward the animal/s who have taken madeleine away

p.s i think your english is excellent
Actually there was no sign of a break in or any evidence to suggest that any other person had entered the room a fact reported on Sky News by a flying squad detective so this is why the portugese police have struggled to find the crime scene ......................
I know, I reckon this is all just pure bad luck and could've happened to anyone! I can't stand the way people are criticising that poor family without being there themselves first. Well done.
Well said !

Great to hear some positive support for this family who are suffering beyond all imagination, yet manage to keep focused on their main goal - to get their daughter back whatever the cost !
you're absolutely right. ive been saying the same as you and i get shot down in flames by the lynch mob. the person who took maddy appears to blameless , he doesnt get a mention because in the eyes of the mob its not his fault. its the McCanns.
sheer makeup
Bricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04405645025490319428noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3319127654696472056.post-47656682369350358622010-05-13T19:43:00.001-07:002010-05-13T19:43:31.682-07:00A mother was having sauna bath (nude) bath with her 2 kids a boy and a girlBoy showed of his projected anatomy to his sister and was teasing see what I got which you don't have.Poor girl was very unhappy started crying to the mother, mom I must have that thing too.

Mom cooled her down assured her hon. yr brother has got only one what he is showing of ,grow up like me you can have as many of those as you wantA mother was having sauna bath (nude) bath with her 2 kids a boy and a girl
Mother: Don't worry Sweetie!
