For small chested girls, it's best to go for something that draws attention to the upper half of your body- you should go for bright colors, embellishment, stripes, or patterns on the top. Anything dark or muted on top will make it look smaller.





As far as style goes, I would recommend a bandeau top, or just a normal halter top. A lot of bikini tops are push-up these days, so try looking at Victorias Secret for some of those! You can wear a tankini if you want, but if you have the body for a bikini, I'd say go for it.





Also, if you want to minimize your bottom half (while bringing more attention to the top half): wear darker colors on bottom, with no pattern or stripe to them.

... funny... i just bought a bikini today. I recommend Victoria's Secret bikinis. If you can find one, they have the bikinis that are basically bras that really support, can add some cushion if need be, and are really comfortable (meaning, you don't have to be scared of the girl's slipping out).





This June 16th is their semi-annual sale which may be another thing to look forward to.





If you look at the link below, I bought nearly the same exact kind except it was a triangle top with the same bra-like support. However, this type of bikini also has the same bra-support.
The sweetheart shape is best.

Def not bandeaux thats the worst for small chested. What exactly is your body type though? I would say a halter top, it makes it look bigger. Check out this article, it says a tankini is best. It also says buy a patterned bikini which will also make your chest look bigger:

A bandeau bikini is great for a small chest. A triangle top works too. A tankini or one-piece will just flatten your chest and make it blend in with your stomach, so stay away from those.

Something with a little shape to it like ruffles are best for small chests because they add a little shape and volume. Tankinis are mainly for girls with a little tummy but if you like it then go for them.
