What are some ';must do's'; for two girl friends going to London, Cotswolds and Bath, etc this summer

We are looking for R%26amp;R, adventure and to get the best feel for England. We have 2 days on the end of our trip for ';whatever'; and have a car to drive around. I'd also recommend heading to Wales for the beautiful drive, it's absolutely gorgeous. You could also take some time to find a pony trekking class - you can find treks that only last a few hours and take you to places in the Wales countryside that are not accessible by car.
