Its up to u.No 1 can force you to do what u dont want to do . but it is bad for your personal hygiene and may cause infections. also think about other people around you.

It depends. If you sweat a lot or do anything that makes you sweat then please take a shower at least once a day. But if you're the type of person who doesn't sweat much and smell bad, then two days without shower is max. But if you can smell yourself, take a shower, it's rude to let other people smell your BO.
