For a pre-teen and $10... you can purchase the travel size body products and wrap them together in a pretty gift bag. You can get the body gel wash, body lotion, and body mist during their 3 for $10 deal. Regular, they are $5 each, so you could even just get the 2. If you go this route, the 2 scents that would be perfect for this age would be Warm Vanilla Sugar and Sweet Pea. Sweet Pea is my personal favourite as it is a fruity floral and very girlie. :) BBW also has gift sets with their travel sizes.

BBW carries Victoria's Secret PINK perfume and lotions. They're really sweet and casual smelling so it's a great gift to give a girl who's young, but feels like a grownup. A gift card so she can pick out what scent of lotion/soap/spray stuff she wants. Because what smells good to you might not smell good to her, or be her favorite.
Lip Gloss. They use it alot and can carry it around.
