But depending upon your favorite God this varies; for example people who worship Venkateshwara don't have Non-Veg on Saturdays and they go to temple that day; people who worship Hanuman normally visit temple on Thursdays ... it goes on like this.

Like boys, girls have also used to take bath daily, but keep their head portion with hair dry in old days coz long hair did not dry up immediately.


Thurs day is considered Guru var auspicious for all. Mon day is considered the day for worship of God Siva, normally unmarried girls use to pray Lord Siva with all devotion. every person should take bath every day...specially for girls friday is auspicious day for head bath.
All girls should take bath everyday, irrespective of their religious faith.
this is a very very old custom, not even people in my family practice it im sure. But the answer would be friday lol.
