I need to know the answer, its really puzzling me.Why is it when girls are on their period they dont bleed in the bath?
They do. Also in the shower.

Wear a tampon in the bath and you will be fine. Water can sometimes stop the flow but I would still keep your tampon in during bath time if I were you.
Since when dont they? Depends on flow....some do, some dont...And a bath is not healthy

It's just less noticeable cuz of the water, but yeah, it depends on the flow. And sometimes, moving around causes the bleeding, so this is why there is less bleeding when one is standing still, sitting down, or sleeping. (Bath/shower would mostly be standing in one place.)
